Feb. 18th, 2010 09:05 pmToday has been a pretty fucking awesome day.
You see, on Tuesday I had an exam in my psychology class that I felt woefully unprepared for and didn't feel any better about when I turned it in. And today I had a midterm in my disease class that I felt about as prepared for as I had the psych exam.
And you know what? I kicked both their asses.
And get this. My psych instructor does this weird thing where he corrects the tests but doesn't actually assign grades until he's corrected each one. Then he finds the one with the most right answers/points, and makes that one kind of his milestone. He awards that test 100 (even if there are incorrect answers on it), and curves down from there. What a weird scoring system.
But just guess whose test he used? Go on, guess. XD
AND, to top that all off, the last three questions on the test were short essay questions. He was evidently so impressed with my response to one of them, he wanted me to write the majority of it up on the board for the class to take down for future reference, and then read the whole thing aloud for everyone when we went over the test.
I'm feeling pretty fucking awesome right about now. :D
