Jun. 2nd, 2010 06:59 pmUPDATE TIEMS NAO
So I went and looked over a condo that's being rented for $695 in Bothell yesterday. It's kinda small, but that's okay because I essentially have no furniture that isn't bedroom furniture. I had to take measurements of my bed and armoire to make sure they'd fit in the bedroom, but once I was sure they would I gave the property manager the go-ahead to process my application. I wasn't terribly confident that the result would be favorable, since I have no real rental history, and had to file bankruptcy in 2004.
I got an email from him this afternoon offering me the condo.
I'm now waiting to hear back from him when I can go sign a lease and collect me some housekeys.
*happy fatsquatch dance*
