No, they didn't give me my script yet. Apparently the information my voicemail received wasn't quite correct. Yes, my good cholesterol was low, and the fish oil is a good thing. But apparently along with that, my triglycerides were a bit high (although my total cholesterol level was okay...go fig), and my white blood cells were somewhat elevated. Probably because I'd had the flu so recently. Meh. So they wanted to run those blood tests again. Okaaaaaaaay. And apparently the doctor I've seen the last two times isn't an MD, she's a naturopath, and can't prescribe T. That's up to the MD there, who I have an appointment with in 2 weeks. And here's the good part. You're gonna love this, really, you will. She has a major thing against giving T to smokers. So now I have to talk to her about that as well, and see what we can do about that.

Oh, and I found out what happened with the card I was supposed to get from them. Apparently when the results come in, the ND is supposed to get them first, read them, and then she sends out these cards. Okay, nifty. According to her, someone pulled my results when they came back and just stuffed them into my chart, and she never got to look at them. She says she's gonna have a talk with the people there to make sure it doesn't happen again. I can't help but wonder if it's happened to other people too.

So here I sit, still circling the runway for another 2 weeks at least. This is ridiculous.
