dr_trannyI haven't had a cigarette in a cunt's hair over a week.
Coincidentally enough, I have no fingernails either.
My jaw hurts from chewing gum.
The patches help with the cravings, but not the mental part of it.
I'm seriously tempted to stuff bits of cotton into a straw, and suck on that.
Oh well. Must sleep now.
