Dec. 14th, 2006 07:25 amOkay, little back story. Over at Regence Blueshield, where I'm working, they have this thing going where they're trying to get it into the customer service peoples' heads that the answers they're giving people might literally be a matter of life and death. To that end, they came up with this MTM thing to track issues where the members get incorrect information. They've been putting little posters up all over the office, with this cartoon stake reminding people to "Remember what's at stake!" *groan* There's one that says "Misquotes hurt members!" that I constantly misread as "Mosquitoes hurt members!"
But anyway. This little gem here arrived in my work email yesterday afternoon. There's some serious WTFery in this thing. I mean, seriously...

Mongolia? A yurt?? Yak blankets???!?
I'm beginning to have serious doubts about working in this place.
