Excellent. This macro will never get old. Though I know the pic needs to be updated since I think they had another fucking two more on top of this circus from the time this pic was taken.

Yeah, it's quite terrifying. You'd think her uterus would've just fallen out by now. I kind of feel sorry for her husband too. At this point it's gotta be a lot like throwing a vienna sausage down the Holland Tunnel.

*shudders* I've heard stories from friends who complained about, er, that sort of private stuff with me after they had ONE kid. And oh the hysterics, and the crying, and the "it'll never be the same" talk. Chalk up another reason why I will never, ever have children.

Ready to lose all faith in humanity?

She's pregnant again.

These people really need a new fucking hobby.

I think this needs to be posted in [livejournal.com profile] wtf_inc, don't you?

Shit, what?! Yeah, I think so. Duggar old new, definitely no. Duggar new preggers news, OMGYES.

Seriously. It's people like them here in Utah the reason I hate paying that equal school tax rate; I have to pay the same price as some moo who has seven or more kids in school. If you want more kids, fine, but you have to pay for them, not me. I don't understand why this is such a hard concept for people in this country to get. I mean hey, we're the ones who are all about pulling yourself up by your own bootstraps, right?

Well, we're supposed to be all about pulling yourself up by your own jockstrap, but that's the ideal. The reality, of course, is far different. Kinda like this is supposed to be the land of golden opportunity, but that only seems to apply if the opportunity in question is something akin to an inheritance. Which is #2 on my list of reasons never to breed. #1, of course, being that whole thing of not liking the little snot factories.

Oh yeah. If there's one thing I hate hearing from "adults" it's all the regret they now have, all the lost dreams, all the lifestyle changes because they had kids. Well, it was your choice to have 'em, so shut the fuck up.

But children are such a joy and a treasure! It's our duty to raise families!

Personal responsibilty. People need to learn it.

But they really never do. Because they think someone will be always there to fall back on, because WHO CAN RESIST CHILDREN?

*hops up and down waving arms frantically*

Most people think I'm a giant asshole because I find children so damned resistable. I like to think of myself as more evolved. Nature will do whatever necessary to correct an imbalance, and I think 6.5 billion people is seriously imbalanced.

Agreed. We needed big families when we were hunter-gatherers, and when mortality rates were high because of big bad scary Darwinian world.

But guess what? We won. We're the top of the food chain, and we have to act responsibly or else everything will go out of whack. Like it is in the world now. I half wonder sometimes if natural disasters and constantly-mutating bugs are Mother Nature's way of saying slow the fuck down.
