Winter has apparently decided to do a little more than just visit:




From the front porch, no flash.


Same spot, with flash. I managed to capture a few flakes, but it was just about all rain. It's all rain now. *sad/emo face*


Into the woods. Did I mention my dad's place is in the woods?


Another view off towards the trees. I'd guess we got 8+ inches last night. *gigglesnort* That just sounds so wrong somehow...


My poor Nova. Buried alive.

The driveway. The tire tracks are from the old man's Toyota MR2. I'm frankly amazed he got the thing out.


The backside of my poor buried car. I don't think I'll be going anywhere today.


Poor Vette. The worst part is, it's a convertible. Hope the top doesn't get damaged from all the snow.

Sure is pretty out right now. By this time tomorrow it'll probably be a slushy sloppy nasty mess. Blech.

Everything here turned to literal sheets of ice. Like you could literally skate on the entire street (which is what I did last night).

I like the snow here because it's very dry and fluffy because we have nilch humidity. Love the pics, looks like the area where you live is very pretty!

Eck, I hate ice. I have enough trouble maintaining an upright position without the ground being all slidey underneath me.

It is pretty out here, but you have to suffer a lot of soggy to get all the pretty greenery. Of course that means any snow we see is usually of the wet, good-for-snowballs-and-snowmen variety. Also of the good-for-compacting-on-the-roadways-and-making-driving-a-nightmare variety. :\
